Frequently asked questions

How often are connected calendars synced?
Calendar links every 15 minutes (right away with “Refresh now”), Google, Outlook and CalDAV once an hour. New appointments block your availability, cancelled ones free it again. The calendar settings show when each calendar was last synced and whether something isn’t working.
Which calendars work on the free plan?
On the free plan you connect one calendar, for example through CalDAV, and subscribe to your bookings in any calendar. Google and Outlook by direct sign-in are part of the paid plans.
Can studios see my private appointments?
No. Studios only see that you are busy at a given time, not titles, places or descriptions.
What if I deliberately work on things in parallel?
Then allow multiple bookings in your availability settings. Without that setting, CueFlow refuses overlapping requests.
