Cancel contracts here

You can cancel your paid CueFlow subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.

Cancel online

  1. Sign in (if you haven’t already).
  2. Under Billing you see your current subscription.
  3. Tap Cancel and confirm.

The cancellation takes effect immediately; you can keep using time you have already paid for until the end of the period. After that, nothing more is charged. You see the cancellation straight away under billing and get a notification.

Cancel without signing in

Can’t get into your account any more? Send an informal cancellation to support@cueflow.de with your name and your account’s email address. We confirm receipt and the end of the contract by email.

Subscribed via PayPal?

Subscriptions are billed via PayPal. When you cancel in CueFlow, we stop the payment at PayPal for you. Cancelling directly in your PayPal account (automatic payments) also ends the subscription.

Free Basic plan

There is nothing to cancel on the free plan. If you want to delete your account entirely, you can do that in the settings; see data deletion for more.
