- Is CueFlow really free for freelancers?
- Yes. The Basic plan costs nothing and never expires. It includes up to 5 accepted bookings per calendar month; open, declined and cancelled requests don’t count. If you need more bookings per month, more work samples or more connected calendars, you can switch at any time.
- Can I change or cancel my plan?
- Yes. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period, in the menu under “Subscription”. Until then your plan stays active; after that the free plan applies again. Your data is kept.
- How do I pay?
- Via PayPal, monthly or yearly. Paying yearly gets you 2 months free (−17%). We show freelancer plans incl. 19% VAT, for example Freelancer Pro: €14 incl. 19% VAT (€11.76 net) per month. We show plans for studios and companies net plus VAT, for example Company Starter: €41.18 net plus 19% VAT (€49 gross) per month. You get an invoice in your account for every payment.
- What happens when I reach a limit?
- Nothing is lost. The booking quota counts accepted bookings: bookings created in the current calendar month that were confirmed (or are already completed). Open, declined, expired and cancelled requests don’t count. Your overview shows how much you have used, and tells you when you are close to the limit. Once the quota is used up, bookings you accepted stay. Studios can’t send you new requests until the 1st of the next month and are told so. You can decline open requests or accept them from the 1st. With a larger plan, both work straight away.
- Does my plan affect the order in search?
- For freelancers, yes: in the default sort order “Relevance”, profiles on the Premium plan come before Pro, and Pro before Basic. Only the freelancers the searching company has marked as preferred come before them; after that, the automatically awarded “Verified” badge, rating, completed bookings and the age of the profile decide. Companies can sort by rating, price, newest or distance instead. The details are in § 7 of the terms (AGB). For company plans, the plan has no effect on search.

- Yes. The Enterprise plans are available on request: write to us at support@cueflow.de – we’ll find a solution for broadcasters, large studios and production networks.
