Typical problems
Crew across many channels
Camera, lighting, sound, make-up: every trade is requested through different phone lists, chats and emails.
The shooting schedule changes
Weather or a location falls through and the shooting day moves. Nobody can see at a glance who is still free.
Call sheets by hand
Call sheets are built in word processors and sent one by one, and different versions circulate on set.
How CueFlow helps
Search by trade and radius
Filter by trade, industry, free days and a radius of 25 to 500 km around the location.
Shooting days with travel time
Travel time before and after the job blocks the freelancer’s calendar too, so the next booking never clashes with the journey.
Staffing, budget and risks
The production shows which positions are filled and which are open, along with budget, milestones and risks.
Call sheets as a PDF
The call sheet goes to the crew by email as a PDF, with a link that opens it for reading without an account.
How it works
Create the production
Set up the film and enter the dates and positions.
Request crew
Ask the right people for every open position, or hold them first.
Collect confirmations
Confirmations land in both calendars; you see declines straight away.
Send the call sheet
Before the shooting day, send the call sheet to the whole crew.
Frequently asked questions
- Can I hold someone before the shoot is confirmed?
- Yes. A hold keeps the time free without a firm booking and at no cost. You choose how long it lasts, up to 7 days by default and 14 at most. It then lapses on its own unless you book firmly.
- Does the crew need an account to read the call sheet?
- No. The call sheet arrives by email as a PDF, with a link that opens it for reading without signing in.
- How do I see who is free on my shooting day?
- Enter the dates in the search. Anyone who has blocked those days, is on sick leave or is busy in a connected calendar is not shown.
- Are there fees per booking?
- No. CueFlow charges no fee per booking; the freelancer keeps the whole fee. Studios only pay a subscription for the larger plans.
